 Topic: 30 x 40 north facing with car parking house plan
 hi am looking for a house plan for my 30*40 plot North facing. Below are my requirements:
1. 2 bedrooms with attached toilet+bathroom 
2. 1 Hall ( with dining space)
3. 1 open kitchen 
4. 1 toilet + 1 bathroom 
5. Internal stairs (stylish) 
6. Small living room
7. Car Parking
