Topic: About the construction cost of my home

Hi sir, My name is Rajendra living in Pune. I have my own house ground + first floor ready now. Now I wants to construct 1 more floor on it. The aprox area is about 650 sq. ft. You can see my attache plan for details. It will be Hall, Kitchen, 1 bedroom, Toilet & Bath will be common. And on terrace 1 small room of 100 sq. ft with RCC slab for Water tank on it.

If you can told me the detail costing like brickwork, plaster, RCC, ...etc it will be a great plasure and helpfull for me. So please see the attachement for details and reply.

JAI PRAKASH Join date: May 2014	It will cost you around 1000-1200/Sq.ft. inclusive of material and labour till completion.
