 Topic: Approximate Cost of 36' x 92'-6" House
We are planning to build a G+4 building in Udaipur, Rajasthan. Plot Size of 36'x92'-6".

I have following questions :

1. What would be the approximate cost of the whole building project if we decide to build all G+4 floors?

2. If the cost is prohibitive, we may only construct the ground floor now and the other floors in later years. So, what would be the approximate cost if we decide to build only the Ground floor now ?

3. Can you give me an approximate breakup of quantity of individual items needed to build the house ?
