 Topic: Architect fee for the plans
I would like to know how much an architect in bangalore will charge for only  the plans and the drawings for the house construction for 2400 sq.ft area(1200 Ground floor,1200 First floor).Supervision not required for the cosntruction .Only for the plans and other related drawings which specifies materials ,plumbing,electrical etc.Thanks.

AROUND 3 TO 5% ,DEPENDS ON HOW GOOD ARCHITECT IS.

A good medicine as per requirement of patient suggested by a physician is self satisfactory fees for a doctor, iff patient get relief.The fee for this cannot be proclaimed.your satisfaction is highest fee.but a system has been made to give pandiji all usable commodoties as dakshina.
