Dear Mr. Akostha,
The Architects fee could be in between INR 20/- to INR 40/- per Sft depends on the volume & type of the Building. Where as for layouts development it is charged per Acre based, this can be INR 2,00.000/- to 6,00,000/- depends on the services you opt for. | | |

I am looking for estimate for a proposed school building for a school in a plot size of 12000 sq ft where 24000 sq ft could be constructed.
