 Topic: BBMP or BDA approve our plan sancation

Dear Sir/Madam,

Recently, my grandmother gave gift deed to me, my Brother & 2 cousin brothers. now we all 4 are planning to construct house. my question here is, now current house is 50yrs old. we are planning to demolish & construct stlit(i.e.car parking), ground floor, 1st floor & 2nd floor is duplex with lift facility. is there any bye-law if the construction goes beyond 11.5mtrs for 30X40 corner site area. will BBMP or BDA approve our plan sancation. Please provide me answer to my question and help me.
