Join date: Mar 2008 | Dear Purvi First of all you should investigate the leakage point and cause of leakage so that permanent solution of the problem can be done. I am in view that there is any sewer line near the basement and may be toilet in the basement area or water is standing in street with your house during rainy season which percolate with wall or over flow of sewer line manhole or leakage in sewer line joint or manhole side walls under pressure during rainy season. So find out the leakage cause than do remedy accordingly. Take help from any local engineer who will see the defect at site personally and give solution of the problem.

Join date: Mar 2008 | Dear Parth If you have not
done cement plaster on both side of wall than do it. If cement plaster
is already done than check that plaster particularly out side and I am in view that plaster
have either cracked or damage. Do the cement coarse sand plaster in 1;3
ratio and finish it with cement shullary rendering. 2. Make plinth protection with walls so that rain water does not percolate through earth.
