Hello Sir,For bathroom ceiling Gypsum Board is a better option if you want other ceiling more options are available like:

Tin ceiling Tiles |
| 2 |
Acoustical Ceiling Tiles |
| 3 |
Ceilume Ceiling Tiles |
| 4 |
Mineral Fiber Tiles |
These ceilings definitely provide you a better option than Gypsum Board.If you want anything else plz. let me know.

Hey Shivaji.
Gypsum ceiling is a better option for bathroom, otherwise you can go with anyone you like most and about the price consult to the neares decorators or shops who provide ceilings.

thanks for your reply but i so far what i have found after my extensive rnd, gypsum seems to be good for area which are fry. it is not good for moist areas. Can you please comment. your help is apreciated.

The best way is to avoid the moisture issues in bathroom and i think false ceiling is the best one for that purpose.
