 Topic: Building a new house
Sir,

I am planning to build a new house with 3 story provision having 1500 sq. ft. of the ground floor area. First, I want to complete fully the first floor with 3 bed rooms, 2 toilets, 1 kitchen and a drawaing cum dinning rooms. The other floors will remain inbuilt.
Could you please tell me: 
1. What will be cost to complete the first floor first. Would it be possible within 15-18 lakhs? 
2. How many months it will take to accomplish the job? 

Please suggest.

  Dear KK

                The cost of construction of house corelated with plan of the building and specifications used during construction. As you want tentative cost , so it is possible to complete the f.fllor 15-18 lacs.

As about time frame it will depend upon the quantum of labor employed, if sufficent labor employed than the house can be completed within 40 days. If you want to know about construction than visit the website gharexpert.com where lot of articles regarding construction, interior etc some link below
