I am looking to employ a maistry to undertake the civil contracting for my one storey house in Kancheepuram Distt, TN. He is quoting 17K for erecting the civil works for each 10'X10' square. What all does such a rate usually include ? I am told it includes foundation, pillars, walls, roofing and plastering and is measured as roof slab area. Is there any catch in this? What should one look for in such a deal?
Thanks
