It is not necessary to give supervision contract to architect. It is either up to you to supervise your work your self or by any other person. If you still have difficulty in getting structural drawing, you can hire the structural engineers from our web site by sending plan of your proposed house.

I have a ground + 1 floor house on 160 sq yards area. It is built up on basement. I wish to extend the front portico of 1st floor from present 2 ft long to 5ft more. I wanted to know is it possible ?whether I need to put any new pillars supporting the extra space ?
Second question - Is it possible to construct a one room on top floor. Or I need to take help of structural engineer for this ? | | |
