Dear Sir, palnning to construct around 4000sqft buildup on 1200sqft plot on a very busy main in Bangalore.

What is the approx cost of construction for a commercial project?

Tips for construction as its on a very busy main road and space constraint to procure material and store?

Kindly advice?
