Thanks for the information. Is the amount 50,000 including the Material and the Manpower compound wall with Plinth beam and Pillar with above mentioned measurement.

I enclosed my house size, 1100 sq.ft with ground floor and same in First floor. ( Hall -16*16 , M.B. – 16*11 , Bed room – 11*12 and Kitchen 11*16 size)
1.Column post - 9” *12” ( 12mm – 4 rods , 10mm – 2 rods)
2.Plinth beam - 9”*12” ( 12mm – 6 rod)
3.for Roof slab – 12mm & 10mm rods
Kindly suggest the above steel useage is enough for the my requirement | | |

It is better to take design from structural engineer according to plan of the house.
However as per your question,
Use 16mm & 12 mm dia MS steel bars in columns with 8 mm dia rings at least at 6'' center to center.Rest seems O k.
