 Topic: Construction Cost
Hello All,

I have recently purchased a new property with an area of 3300 (55*60) sq feet in Bangalore. The total construction area would be around 2400 sq per floor( leaving all set backs). 
My idea is to build Ground and First Floor
  1. Cellar/basement for car park.
  2. Ground floor with 2 Bed Rooms
  3. 1st Floor with 3 Bed Rooms.
Flooring would be White Marble and all standard fittings ( not too low and not too hi-fii)

Requesting you to kindly let me know the approx cost for construction.

            The construction cost varies with the specifications used in construction. This is from Rs 1200-00 to 1500-00 per sft.

Join date: Mar 2020		So, by above thumb rule Approx Cost of Construction of Medium Specification = 1000 * 900 = Rs. 9,00,000 Where, 1000 is built up area and 900 is As per thumb rule assumed value. Further more to get an approximate estimate of various quantities required for 1000 sq. ft.

hello,

my house is in Ahmedabad location.
i want demolise existing old house and  construct new house, what is cost with material & labour and with only labour.
my plot area is 28'x19' = 532 sqft.
