Dear Mr. Chakra borty,
Your post is not clear; either you have confused between units! And we presume you would construct, the first floor of a newly build single story house designed for 3 story structure. As salt lake belongs to upmarket neighborhood in Kolkata and considering higher cost of labour and supplies it would be between Rs.975 and 1350 psft respectively for minimal finish to a moderate MIG type finish. MF is 10.764 for sqmt. Rule of thumb you can adopt only for budgeting purpose, a detailed BOQ by an expert is needed to get the correct cost involved.

I am sorry, the area will be approx 200 sq mt.
I could not understand MF = 1O.764, Pl.explain
I have mentioned the necessary information regarding finish and requisites.Shall be pleased to get an estimation in a narrow band.

For an estimate to find the cost, There are two ways one is detail estimate in which the estimate is framed on the basis of plan of the house, elevation and specification used in construction of the house.
The other method is tentative cost i.e. rough cost estimate. for calculation of cost by this method you can use gharexpert.com ESTIMATOR in this mehod place area and specifation and you got the cost. | | |
