 Topic: Construction of House.
Hi Sir,

I want to construct a House in 80 Sq Yards Plot. Presently it is with asbestos sheets I am a middle class Man My Budget is around 5 Lakhs. Whether it is possible to construct RCC House with columns and Beams nowadays. Pls anybody help me in this issue my email id is puppalabharat1@gmail.com I am from Hyderabad.           For this limited budget you should do the following things.
1.Dis mental your old house carefully and use all the bricks and other material like door windows if they are in good position.
2.Choose moderate specifications in the house.
3. First do structure i.e. walls, roof slab and plaster. After that plan the items like floor, water supply items and door shutters according to the budget.
