 Topic: Construction of House

Hi,

I'm planning to construct a house ground + 1 floor, I have given the cotract to a contractor for Labour work @ Rs. 150/- per sft. Material will be on my cost. Area of each florr would be around 2000sft.

Could you please let me know how do I calculate the area for releaseing of payment please.

        The area of building is calculated as length x width = sft.
