 Topic: Construction of house without pillar
I have planned to build a house of build area 895 sq,ft. I got specifications from a builder using column post, lintel beam, etc. Construction is in coimbatore, tamilnadu

Is it safe to build without pillar.

I have attached the specifications here with kindly check and let me know your suggestions,

           It is better if you have proper structural design. The house can be built without pillar by constructing load bearing walls.

Thanks for your suggestion. Have you gone through the specifications i have attached.

As im not aware of construction details, i need some details from you. Kindly go through the basement and super structure specifications and tell me it is ok and i can continue with that specifications.
