 Topic: Contractor charge details

 I have given a contractor for construction a building in ground length 38 breath 34 , area 1592 of top roof and given  Rs 200 sq foot.. the foundation is done and roof is complete , so the contractor decide to quit the construction , I already paid Rs 192000 of total (1592 x 200 =318400) The contractor charging more money . Can u give the relevant calculation of above details

         You should make the payment terms at the time of agreement so that later on there should no problem.
However in general contractor claim 50% after laying the Roof slab.
