 Topic: Cost for Constrction

I have seen multiple reply related to Construction cost, but please help me out to understand few things.

I am planing to 1300 Sqft to construct my ground floor and then will use my first 700 sqft on first floor.

Do I need to mention 2000 Sqft area in the estimator link or only 1300 sqft of area to get the cost.

Join date: Apr 2012		u want to construct 2000sqft so ask for same. this is simple logic coz material would be bought accordingly

         For calculating the cost you should calculate in two operation.
1. Put 1300 sft area first and note down the quantities of material.
2 Now put 700 sft area and do not note the foundation items only take the super structure items.
