 Topic: Cost of RCC
Sir,

I have a requirement wherein I have to build 2 structures of dimensions 110*26. 

Does the RCC Rate and Construction cost vary if I build the Structures One on top of the other? 

what is the best way to proceed?
1. A Single Level [Ground Floor] structure which is 110*52 (26x2)or 

2. G+1 Structure with 110*52

       I do not under stand your query, Did you mean that first to make up to roof level and lay slab latter on or
  First make ground floor than first floor
The cost depends on the rates of material and labor at the time of construction.You go to gharexpert.com website for construction know about see the article

My query is whether to build two 110*26 structures side by side in the Ground Floor or one above the other? Which one will be cost saving?

       If you made house/structure at ground, that is costly than the ground and first floor structure as the cost of foundation is saved.
