Why measured in Cu:ft and Sq;ft ? Which rate we should take in finding the total calcuation?
I have seen some contractors saying foundation will be on Cub:ft , but some saying it is on Sq:ft .How do we judge which is on Cub;ft and which is on Sq:ft

However for some of the work, where one dimension is standard you can measure that work in square feet. For example, if you are doing a brick work for 9inch wall then you can measure the wall area in square feet because the thickness has been fixed. It is a good practice to clearly understand all three dimensions while negotiating a price with the contractor.
Let me know if you need more information. | |
