My site is in Bangalore. I wanted to know the average cost builders ask to take up for full contract. My builder is asking for Rs 1450 per sq ft. Is this price OK for granite flooring, wooden frames and windows( main door and pooja room door in teak, others honne). And also, which flooring is better, vitrified or granite.
