 Topic: Cost of construction
Hi,
I have two adjacent 30 X 40 site and I want to build on one 30 X 40 site. Can someone please suggest me cost of construction with Standard specifications. 
I would really appreciate if I am also informed about the standard specifications...what kind of tiles, bricks, bathroom and kitchen fittings will be used.
If I choose to say that standard quality is "C" type then what would be the cost for "B" type of construction?

Dear Ramya

               The cost of construction depends on the plan, elevation of the building and specifications to be used with the place of construction. There are Neary 50 -60 items are used in the building and not possible to elobrate here. You should visit gharexpert.com site wher in construction you will find specification for each of raw material and construction technic of all the process ue=sed in building work.
