For permanent remedy, fix new flash pipe with proper joint. Repair the defective portion of drain by scraping old plaster, and render the new plaster properly.

All the epoxy, acrylic, bitumen, flexible rubber, special cement products listed dont work against Rising Dampness because the salts destroy the cement from inside the wall The only permanent solution to Rising dampness is by physically injecting a DPC above the floor level.I have developed a fast reacting DPC Silicone that after 3 days makes a dry brick 100% water repellent, unlike the other UK Silicones that need 6 weeks and rain to activate. In other words you can inject my product into the wall and youll be protected before the Monsoon arrives! This product is distributed in Mexico and im looking for business partners in India, contact Civil Engineer Mike for more details antisalitre@aol.com
