I have constructed house recently at trichy, during construction the civil contractor has not properly executed the bath room & toilet. Due to this in second floor toilet I have found water leak from the closet outlet external surface of the sewer line pipe. This floor toilet was sunken type slab.
if water leakage from plumbing pipe joint or through tiles joint. The excess leak water will be accumulated in the sunken portion and to start the dampness / corrosion. The civil contractor is not provided spout or drain out pipe in the sunken slab. So, I afraid about seepage / leak problem and to solve initially.
How can install the drain outlet pipe in the building and damp proofing without disturbing the occupants.
We request you to provide suggestion, and installation procedure with drawing for drain outlet pipe. According your valuable suggestion, we can implement to install the drain outlet pipe.

Dear Mr. Rajan.. Really its difficult to make the water proofing at this stage, but a spout can be installed by a expert plumber , its function will be good if the slope of floor is known... before working , all the joints of tiles and traps should be properly checked and sealed.. | | |
