S L Gupta (Civil Engg) Join date: Mar 2008	Dear Sachin For constructing laxurious type building/ house, you should first meet to any good architect or contact any website who are designing the house. Discuss your requirement and finalising the plan and elevation of the house according to your taste. Keep latest interior designing according to your choice. Keep the provision of Airconditioning during construction. Use latest and rich specifications during construction.
