 Topic: Design Layout for Shops and Flats
I am in short of money to construct 25' x 50' commercial building. I am able to spend money for one floor currently.

Therefore, need advice on layout to prepare basement + ground floor for shops and first floor + second floor + 3rd Floor + fourth Floor for reseidence (Flat Units).

Your valuable expert opinion required.
