Does the Front plot owner has right on the approach road ??

 Topic: Does the Front plot owner has right on the approach road ??
Please suggest me..
(I'm attaching the rough structure. Please refer the Image attached)

Whom does have the complete rights on the APPROACH ROAD if there is only one plot behind the 'road facing plot'?

Will the Younger one (Front side plot owner) also has the right on the approach road while the Elder one (Back side plot owner) is selling his plot?

Hello..! Pavan, The approach road will be treated as a Common Passage,and can be used by both plot owners and there should be no construction allowed on this passage....Regards
