Hi

Does the plans purchased by architect are from approved architect licenses holders??

Say if we purchase a plan from your site what will be the license number for approval of map by the govt authorities

I have sent the questionnaire details but still not received any response.

Please give a contact number to call up and discuss

Unoara Design Hub Join date: Sep 2014	Mr. Bowen, There are two parts to the response to your query. First is that you need a design for your house/property, which can be bought from a site like this or be designed by one of the Architects that you may hire. This does not need any license number, just that the design should work for your site/location. The second is when you need to start the construction, you need to submit this plan to your local municipal body, like in Bangalore its the BBMP. Now this plan is very different than your designed plan and needs to follow a guideline laid by the authorities, so needs to be done by an Architect who is register with this body, like for our clients we have architects who have BBMP licenses who help them do that.
