Hi everybody ! 
I'm from Kolkata and going to start shortly my long awaited small dwelling house. And think for installing domestic solar system in my Roof only for my personal use. My question is that ...... 
    a)  Is it possible at all for individual use ?
    b)  How much it cost to install with all it's components of a small solar electricity system ?
    c)  From where can I get support and help in this matter in Kolkata ?
    d)  Does it require permission from Electricity Distribution Company in my locality ?
    And   e)  Does it require permission from local Municipality ?
