 Topic: Duplex House Plan Required
Hi, 

I have purchased a 30X60 Plot for building my house. 

The Plot is East Facing. The requirement is below :-
A. 5 Bed Rooms ( 2 Bed Rooms on Ground floor, 1 Guest Room 2 Bed rooms on first floor)
B. Lobby, Drawing Required
C. 1 Car Parking

Please keep 1 bedroom on GF and 2 on FF.
