Electrical Fitting and Cable Wiring

Meanwhile, I called the electrician, he also informed me same facts that at the time of shuttering, he will come and fix the fan boxes with conduit pipes in all the rooms wherever fans are required. Now I am in the process of selecting a shuttering wala who will do the shuttering along with `Latak` beams. Than a mistry who can put the JAAL of 12 mm bars with  6 x 6 spacing.

 I intend to have some flat hidden beam in slab wherever span is more than 10 ft (like 14 or 18 ft) . Whether this flat hidden beams (4x7) should be of 12 mm or 16 mm bars, I am mulling over the issue.

Than I intend to engage a ready mix manufacturer who can provide me M 20 grade concrete with pump etc.

Dear Sir,

How much RM (I intend 14 cu m) should be ordered to the firm for 5 inch thickness of RCC slab for area of 950 sq ft plus Latak beam of 1 ft, with 200 ft length. They want 100 % advance. Is it industry practice to take 100 % advance before supplying the RM
