Estimate to build a Marriage Hall with 2 floors

 Topic: Estimate to build a Marriage Hall with 2 floors

I am planning to build a marriage hall near my hometown at coimbatore.
I like to build a marriage hall with  2 floors (500 people in marriage hall) and gallery for 100 people in I floor with rooms side by.

I prefer to have dininig room with capacity of 300 people in basement.

Could you please give me the estimate of land space required and total estimate in cost to build this out.

Dear Senthil

           The space as per your requirement at basement is 5000sqft, at ground floor and first floor is 7000-8000 sqft each. But for a marriage hall you should plan parking site, storage requirement, toilets etc. It is better if you contact any architect of your nearby with these requirement and your land size and facility of road to your land and other facility like electricity, wateretc,,
