CLC or the cellular light weight bricks have become very popular in recent times. - They have a good strength to weight ratio and helps in reduction of dead load resulting in saving of steel & cement, also reduces the foundation size - Air conditioning requirement is considerably reduced because of a better acoustics and thermal insulation Consult some experts to get more info on this and if possible see some live examples as decisions like these are made only once for a lifetime. Good luck :)

Or plzz tell me how can we make a proper strong ground floor on the upper floor that can bear heavy load of wooden and alluminium almirahs, gym home machinery, an office with small goderj safe, etc

If load acting on the structure is more, then you can go for reinforced brick wall construction, where you can save money interms of concrete, and also it is a low energy consumed material when compared to concrete.

Dear Sir,
I got constructed a 40 feet long 4 inch thick wall section on all sides of a 60 x 20 feet plot. I feel that 4 inch wall is not all that strong although people are constructing 5 storied houses in South Delhi rampantly.
How can I stregthen these walls now that they are already built but not yet plastered?
Do you think Dr Fixit or something are any help?
Thanks
CS
