Clearly in your walls the outer plaster has no waterproof chemical and that the plaster itself is porous due to higher sand ratio.

Join date: Mar 2008 | Dear Purvi Scrap the old outside plaster and do the plaster with coarse sand in1;3 ratio and finish the top with 1mm thick cement rendering. Also use water proof chemical in mortar. Also apply cement shullery i.e cement with water on wall after curing before start of plaster for better grip on old surface.
