Frequent overflow of septic tank / soak pits in an apartment

 Topic: Frequent overflow of septic tank / soak pits in an apartment
We find the soak pits overflowing frequently and needs removal of waste water by 4 to 5 lorries atleast every 2 months.

What would an ideal remedy be for the situation ? 

septic tank: 10ftx10ftx10ft (approximate dimensions),

     For over flow problem is due to many reasons
1 soak pit is old
2 It may be clogged
3.Frequently water flowing in to soak pit and it is beyond the capacity of soak pit.
4. Earlier design for less people to be used but after that load increased.
5. Water table of ground is high.
6. It is better to take help from local engineer for redesigning the system.

Septic tanks or soak pits are useful for disposal of waste in the areas or houses where public sewerage system is not applicable.See the link below
