|  Topic: Ghar Expert Estimator Tool questions
I have a few questions regarding the Estimator:
1. formerly it used to have estimator for different cities - Chennai and Kolkatta I believe. Now it is just Delhi. Are there any plans to add other cities, specifically Bangalore is what I am looking for.
2. The costs in the estimator - do they reflect the latest values, how often are these numbers updated in your database.
3. I did one estimation and the costs that it shows seem to be quite low as compared to discussions on other boards by a factor of close to 2. How can I find out what is the actual value in the current times.
In the end, I know we need to get an architect and contractor who will do the estimation, but I want to have an idea before I start my budgeting and applying for loans from the bank.
