As I stated in your discussion that as concern about safety suspended stair is not good in the house.
1. There is chance of developing crack in the wall of stair.
2. Cantilever step may damage or break at any time.
3. You have to use cautiously as there is chances for slipping of lower portion of leg in open space between two steps.
OVER ALL this is unsafe, particularly for children, senior citizen, In the night, for guest etc.
