|  Topic: Ground floor in house without columns in middle
sir
i am starting building construction of
ground + 2 floors 48*26( 1248 sft) &
hight will be 12’ of each floor, at Kharagpur West Bengal, soil of here is rocky
soil. I don’t want to put any pillar middle of construction as I want to use as
parking area. need to know the following
1) What will be footing depth & width
2) How many piller require & what will be the size
3) How many beam require & what will be the size
3) What type of steel
rod usage in piller & beam & roof
4) rule for plinth beam
5) What roof thickness required

You are constructing 3 story house. With out plan of the building and loading , it is not possible to tell the design. You should contact support@gharexpert.com wit plan of the building for design.
