 Topic: HOUSE DESIGN CONSTRUCTION AT MADURAI TAMILNADU
Dear Experts,

I would like to construct house at Madurai, Tamilnadu, It is in village, so moderate requirement is sufficient. I have worked out the tentative idea on the requirement. I want to build four houses in single.

I have searched similar design suitable of my requirement. I could not found, If any please share, 

 I want to go the high quality materials, I had inquired couple of contractors at madurai, they were indicating Rs.1700/ Sq ft, as per my understanding from Gharexpert ground floor with good quality materials Rs.1500/ Sq ft for ground floor and Rs.1250/ Sq ft for upper floor.

And I would like to subscribe for detailed cost estimation report to discuss/ negotiate with the contractors, please advice to prepare the cost estimation report what inputs are required from me.

As indicated I am looking for good contractors in madurai region, if Gharexpert got references and interested, please send mail to my id m.prabhu0@gmail.com

I have given my sq ft inputs, the expert may comment on modification of the sizes if any concern. All houses need to have warrandah/ usable area.
