 Topic: HOUSE PLAN

My site is 30 x 40 feet facing South, located  inbetween two houses on road in Bangalore East. I am planning to construct Ground + Three storied building.

The house is for rental purpose. The layout plan i am interested should be two independent portion with 2BHK in each floor. Totalling 6 portions in each floor. in ground floor on portion. the remaining area for car & vehicle parking. I appreciate, if cost estimate can also be provided for each type recommended.
