parking flooring rate = 1/2 of first floor rate.

Join date: Nov 2012 | Hi, the minimum height of Ground floor slab (T.O.C) should be 2500 mm (2.50m) to 3000 mm (depends on your local development authorities) let me knw Permissible height of buildings in your area/sector..
and about cost, there is not much difference whether you build Ground floor or not, only Quantities of Materials and & some cost (Material & Labor)will be decrease : like- Excavation work, PCC work
Brick work of foundations for Internal partitions walls
brick work of Superstructure (Internal),
Mortar, Plaster work,etc
as well as Lintels concrete, Steel & form work and time! :D
and first floor cost, i dont knw abt indian prices of material n labor) (may be 1000/- Sft to 1800Sft INR) not sure)) Ask to Local Qualified contracteur /Structural Engineer/Architects

Join date: Nov 2012 | I also have similar problem with my own house. Its first floor is not high at a reasonable range, just at 10 feet which look like so low. Have it is good or not.
