Dear Saurav , according to your plot size and requirements , please go for a plan of duplex . You can plan Drawing/dining, kitchen, one bedroom and toilet , internal stairs , parking porch ,washing place at Ground floor. On first floor you can plan two bedrooms attached toilet, lounge , stairs ,sitout open/covered . You can see my profile for simmils west facing elevation for idea. Regards. | | |
