Hi, I am booking a flat in Abode Valley, potheri in chennai. Flat No: 407,

The direction :

Main door- East Facing.

Kitchen Door - East facing towards north side.

Plat form - east facing.

Master bed room: North West .

Study Room- West towards south

Other Bedroom: North East.

Living room is towards north opening.

Please let us know how is the vastu of this flat and what changes should i make in future ??
