Hi, i have a plot of 60x40ft in a village called Bolewad near Gulbarga. I intend to construct a small Duplex bungalow on 1400sqft(Ground floor)+1000sqft(1st Fllor).
What will be the approximate cost for the construction(Inclusive of everything)?
