|  Topic: Hi ...Estimation of per Sq.ft construction of a house on 600 in Bangalore, Bommasandra.

Am
planning to build a house G + 1.
Planed
are like Ground Floor will have a few spaces for parking, 1 hall, 1 kitchen, 1
toilet, 1 bed room and combine with a mini store.
And
1st floor will have, 1 BHK house each with attached toilet of 2 houses.
Can
anyone suggest me if the above plan is nice and can be managed. What I mean is
that
can
be accurate and as well shouldn't look or make us feel congested?
And
the last but the most important thing is what could be the estimated cost in
construction AS ON TODAYS RATE. Please work out for A) Labor Contractors B)
Building Contractors.

Please can you just suggest me Labor contract or Building contract is best. What is the labor cost? for basic finish. labor payment term is per sq ft or day basis which is best? Please workout what is the total budget for my above plan. Sir, kindly reply me.

Join date: May 2014 | It will cost you around 14-18 lacs all inclusive for G+1. It may be cheaper than that and the material would be of your choice if you are going with labour contract. Building contract would cost you around 14-18 and the material would be of contractors choice. Both contracts are on Sq.ft. Basis. | | |
