Dear Arindam,
Your immagination to have G+1 with Hall, Dining, 1 Bed room +Toilet plus Kitchen in G.Floor, and Two bed + Toilets plus Puja room with Balcony is good and ideal. Staircase you can accomodate inside the house.
It comes to around Rs.1000/- to Rs.1100/- per SFT. for construction for House using Normal wood doors / windows ,Vertified Tile flooring with one coat of paint.
Other works like false ceiling, wooden cubboards, etc.. finishing works will come additio | |
