Architectural plans detail: I have a southeast facing plot measuring 25 by 49 feet with houses on both sides, i want a plan with one bedroom on the ground floor with drawing room,lobby,kitchen and a study room and two bedrooms on the first floor. There should be full inlets for natural light and air, a parking space.The bedrooms should have wardrobes and the reading rooms cupboards for books. There should be provision for water harvesting.
I have attached photos suggesting the front elevation and the staircase in the lobby/dining room

i like the plan no.GC1325, can it be tailored according to my specifications?
What will be the price of the plan because my plot size is smaller.
I would like to have a 2D elevation drawing also, the cost on the site is Rs.5/sq.ft,
is this price based on the total floor area or just the front elevation.
