House Construction estimation in 20 * 30 plot

Hello,

   I would like to get an estimate of cost for constructing a house in the city of Mysore in Karnataka state. The plot is 20 * 30 sq ft. I am looking at a decent house with at least 2 bedrooms, at least 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, a porch . I am looking for a rough estimate from start to finish. I understand that any add ons would incur me extra expenses.
